Trim sizes:
Upright - 8.375 x 10.875” with bleeds
Digest - 5.375 x 8.375” with bleeds
Slim-jim - 6 x 10.5” with bleeds [for letter size postal rates] or 6 x 10.875” with bleeds.

Quantities: 5,000 to 250,000 copies.

Page counts: 4, 8, 12 and 16 signatures combine to produce self cover, saddle-stitched or perfect bound products.

Coldweb capabilities [with uncoated papers] are similar to the above but with slightly reduced trim sizes.

8, 12, 16, 24, 32 or 48 pp signatures are available – up to 32 pp of 4c can be printed, press-glued and in-line trimmed

General Production Capabilities

• Press capabilities:

  • 6c heat-set 20" mini-web with combination folder, sheeter and perforation options

  • 5c heat-set 38" web with combination folder and Vitts sheeter with prefolder

  • 9 unit coldset: 2 webs of 4c, 4 webs of 2c or 5 webs of 1 color. In-line press gluing and 3-side rotary trim is available.

• Complete bindery services including cutting, folding, tipping, stitching, and perfect binding

• Inline ink-jet and (3) wafer sealing. Self-adhesive mail labels are also available

• Mail expediting, distribution services and lift gate truck deliveries available
