You, as the administrator of your InSite account, or your Phillips Brothers customer service representative, can manage user information, add/remove team members, and receive optional e-mail notification for each step of progress. You benefit with real-time knowledge of the status of any number of projects within the prepress environment using a standard browser.

Smart Review*allows geographically dispersed team members to collaborate and simultaneously review content with web based proofs in high-resolution. Team members can pan, zoom, take measurements, annotate, create change requests, approve/reject images, communicate in a chat-session environment and print their own hi-res/lo-res hard proofs.

Changes, annotations, requests, or comments are documented and available to you the administrator and visible to the Phillips Brothers staff, eliminating errors of miscommunication. Online job submission also provides greater flexibility in dealing with late-closing pages or last-minute changes.
